• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order.
• Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Customized or stitched items are not eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
